XHTML and CSS cleanup

While working on my BFWorks blog, I realized some of the XHTML and CSS code was kind of sloppy so I did a cleanup of the code.
The only “noticeable” difference is that now the header image links back to the index of the site (as well it should). Other than that, this would probably be a post that would go in the BFWorks blog once it’s actually done.
